Two dynamic Adelaide bands join forces for music that tells of the world.

Golonka!, Adelaide's most confounding band, plays gypsy music flavoured from Hungary, Romania and France, alongside Eastern European klezmer and their own befuddled creations. The music tells of the world: the moon and the stars, war and peace, love and jealousy and, above all, the lust for living that comes out in their live shows.

 

Tzigane expresses folk music traditions of Eastern Europe and South America and a few things in between, with their own writing – through a small tight-knit ensemble of guitar, percussion and accordion.
