It is the year 2110 and the world's water supply is in crisis. The earth is still in recovery from the Great Water Wars of the late 21st century.

In a bid to avert a global catastrophe, agents Smith and Jones are sent back in time 100 years to collect as much information about water as they can.

Using the high tech gadgetry in their time-space module, Smith and Jones discover a wide range of information about water, including Archimede's Principle, the hydrological process, ocean life, water in popular culture and typical water use by suburban families.
